Alba Castejón is Doctor in Education from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (2017). Her research has been developed mainly within the research groups GAPEF-UAB and GEPS-UAB. Her main research interests are educational inequalities ant their relation to educational policies, schools’ and teachers’ practices, and students’ experiences. Currently, she is post-doctoral fellow at the department of Social and Systematic Pedagogy at the UAB and is participating in the research project “EDUPOST16 Project, The construction of post-16 educational opportunities. An analysis of post-compulsory educational transitions in urban settings”. She has also developed consultancies for public and private institutions.
